I am regularly appointed by Probate Courts to represent the interests of people who are respondents to Conservatorship Applications, representing their interests in Court. I am also regularly appointed by Connecticut Probate Courts to serve as Conservator of Person and Estate, as well as Special Limited Conservator.

Helping Families

I help both family members and non-family individuals petition the Probate Court to have a conservator appointed for a loved one who may be incapable of handling their affairs. I further assist with ongoing reporting requirements, such as Annual Reports, Probate Accountings, and Motions that are filed with the Probate Court.

Leveraging my experience as both a lawyer and conservator, I serve as Conservator of Person, making medical decisions, assisting in placement, working with mental health and other public service agencies, working with Entitlements, and handling financial affairs from routine bill paying to matters that may involve buying or selling a home.
