As an Attorney Admitted to the Practice of Law in Connecticut for over 20 years, I have significant experience as an Attorney and as a Conservator. I have been Conservator of Person and Estate for individuals since the year 2000, and it has always been a significant area of my practice. I grew up in Portland, Connecticut, and graduated from Xavier High School in Middletown, Connecticut. I graduated from Connecticut College in New London Connecticut with a BA degree, with a double major in Government and History.
At Connecticut College, I attended a semester through the Beaver College Study abroad program at the College of Lady Margaret Hall at Oxford University in Oxford, England. I have a Juris Doctorate Degree from Albany Law School of Union University in Albany, New York. I am admitted as an Attorney to the Bar of the State of Connecticut since 1999, and I am also admitted to Practice before the United States Tax Court, and the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut.
I have held elected and appointed office, including the Board of Selectmen for the Town of Portland, and the Inland Wetlands Commission for the Town of Portland.
I am a Member of the Middlesex County Bar Association, and have been, or am presently active in numerous Charitable, Civic, Fraternal, and Religious Groups and Organizations. I continue to live in Connecticut with my wife and 3 children.

My office is located where I have practiced law since March 2002 at 262 Marlborough Street, commonly known as Route 66, in Portland, Connecticut. Portland is located in the center of Connecticut near Middletown and Glastonbury. My office has a disabled access ramp, and I will meet people, if necessary, at home. I am located on the first floor, and there is ample free onsite parking.
